Read two pages before your first pull request:
- First principles: the nine ideas behind how we build and ship. Read this one properly. The rest follows from it.
- Engineering rules: what a change must satisfy to be mergeable. Consulted, not read end to end.
Current state of the architecture maps the repository: what is legacy in each area, and where it is going. It closes with the rules we cannot yet enforce mechanically, and what blocks each.
Environments says what we run, where images live, and how a version reaches an environment.
